Shipping & Returns
Shipping within the continental United States is free. I will ship internationally at the buyers expense. I usually ship through USPS. Shipments will go out between 1-3 days from order. Sometimes larger pieces require custom boxes and can take a bit longer. Your work will be insured.
Please let me know if you have special requests, or need an item by a specific date. I will do my best to work with you.
If you had a package damaged, please let me know below or at email@example.com
I want you to have the best art collecting experience ever. That is why I want to make returns easy for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know within 30 days and we will refund your order after it is shipped back to us. No questions asked. If an artwork was damaged* during shipping, please let me know as soon as you received it.
*Please note that if you purchased a painting that has metallic pigment, some of the pigment will shift around during transit. Even though all of my artworks are sealed with a spritz of varnish, this is to be expected. You can lightly brush the mat with a soft cloth to clean off the pigment. I suggest framing as soon as possible to protect the artwork.
If the piece has "glass shards", or "glitter" in it, these will sometimes drop. This is to be expected. Just lightly brush away with a clean cloth.
Some metal leaf, such as silver and copper, will tarnish over time. Most of my artworks are sealed to protect from fully tarnishing (unless the tarnishing is intentional). The best way to protect from tarnishing is to frame the work as soon as possible, and display in low moisture part of the home. This should not be a problem, but if tarnishing has been a problem for you, do not hesitate to contact me, and I can repair the piece.
If some other damage was done during shipping or some other way, please do not hesitate to contact me above.
